THE BODY SHOP:
In collaboration with Presscode we designed a Facebook app and subsequent, fully responsive web adaptation for the launch of a new range of vegan and vegetarian facial masks of The Body Shop for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
The app was designed to collect a database of users of The Body Shop, and also to attract traffic in retail outlets.
The promotion mechanics allowed the user to answer simple questions in order to know which of the new masks was better suited for her skin. After giving her personal data, she could download a voucher redeemable for samples in any of The Body Shop stores in Spain or Portugal.
Results after a two weeks promotion: 8,612 registered users and over 16,000 downloaded coupons.
